Border stone for Latvians, Livs and Estonians.
Lielā Street 13, Staicele
In July 2004, a sculpture made by Zigrīda and Juris Rapa – a stone boat with a bird – was unveiled in the center of Staicele. The bronze boat is placed on a 3 m high 14 ton boulder.
