The open-air concert hall "Mītava" was opened on September 13, 2019, but the first event took place there on June 15.

The roof of the concert hall resembles a shell washed up on the bank of the Lielupe. It uses large-sized bent glued wood with a continuous length of up to 60 meters, but in total about 530 cubic meters of wood have been used in the construction of the stage roof. To such an extent, it is the only roof of its kind in the Baltics, and in this solution and performance - also the only one in the world. The amphitheater of the concert hall has 700 stationary seats and the possibility to place another 500 additional chairs.
